Today is the beginning customer service week. Joining the customer service department doesn’t involve any civil work but it involves the following:
• Metering:
Involves installing new meters and checking the meter readings of light voltage meters.
• Billing:
Involves checking the meter reading and issuing the bills.
• Services:
Involves the collection of the bills payment at the collection centers and also the application processes.
I have met En. Rizal who explained to me about the work practiced at the customer service department.
